Flexible, Affordable Continuing Education

AHDI offers a wide variety of educational web presentations throughout the year. Each webinar presentation is cost effective, informative, and many are credit-worthy. All presentations are recorded and archived.

Webinar Policy

Please note that registrations are for individuals only. Organizations that are interested in showing a webinar to a group may contact us at or call us toll-free at 800-982-2182 for more information, or read about group licenses. 

CE Credit

Continuing education credit confirmation and proof of attendance will be sent automatically to individuals who register for and attend live webinar presentations. In an effort to protect the integrity and credibility of our credentialing programs, CE credit will be issued based on confirmed attendance at these events. NOTE: Please see next item for information about earning CE Credit from recorded webinars/presentations. 

Webinar Recordings

Webinar recordings are sent automatically to all registrants 24 hours after the close of the live webinar. Webinar registrants who are unable to attend the live session will receive an email with a link to the recorded webinar 24 hours after the live event ends. Those who purchase webinar recordings after the live event has taken place will receive a link via email to access the recording. PLEASE NOTE: Recordings are available for 90 days from the date of original presentation.

RHDSs, CMTs, CHDSs, and CHDPs who attended the live webinar will receive a followup email containing Proof of Attendance information to save with their recertification materials.

RHDSs, CMTs, CHDSs, and CHDPs who are unable to attend live must watch 85% of the on-demand recording before a completion certificate will be available. NOTE: All webinar recordings are available for 90 days from the date of original presentation.


AHDI requires at least 48 hours’ advanced notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be given for any reason, but funds may be transferred to another webinar of equal or lesser value for those who provide a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of registration fees without credit or refund.

Registration Overview

A list of all AHDI webinars available for registration can be found on the Calendar of Events. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an automated confirmation email verifying your purchase, as well as a separate email containing a link to the next step in the registration process.

Technical Requirements and Best Practices

Internet access is required to attend AHDI webinars. Although a headset is recommended, it is not necessary. Your system speakers or headphones are all you need during the presentation.

AHDI uses the Zoom platform for all web presentations. For optimal performance, it is recommended that you have all other memory-intensive programs closed during the session. In particular, VPN or remote access sessions should be closed to ensure smooth audio and a seamless visual display.
