Directory of Credentialed Individuals

The AHDI Directory of Credentialed Individuals may be used to search for a person who currently holds an AHDI credential. The directory is a downloadable .PDF and is updated monthly. The directory includes first name, last name and credential type as follows:

• RHDS – Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist
• CMT – Certified Medical Transcriptionist
• CHDS – Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist
• CHDP – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional
  • CHDP-A – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional Auditor
  • CHDP-S – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional Scribe
• CVHDP – Certified Veterinary Healthcare Documentation Professional
