CVHDP Bulk Pricing
AHDI offers discounts on our online credentialing exams for companies and educational organizations interested in purchasing exam registrations in bulk. We encourage you to collaborate with your employees and students to help reach the goal of transitioning to a fully credentialed healthcare documentation workforce. AHDI offers the following online proctored exams as part of this discount program:
Certified Veterinary Healthcare Documentation Professional (CVHDP) Exam
Educational programs that are considering use of the CVHDP online exam as a final/exit exam should take advantage of the deep discounts associated with purchasing by volume.
Exam Fee and Discounts Available
The pricing below is offered exclusively to AHDI Corporate and Educational members. Through your organization’s membership, you will be able to pass along the savings to your employees and students at one low price regardless of their individual AHDI membership status. Furthermore, the $10 eligibility fee, typically paid by exam candidates, will be waived.

Purchasing Policies
- The organization placing order must be an AHDI Corporate and Educational member.
- Orders must be placed and paid for at one time (no payment plans available).
- Exam must be taken within one year from the date of purchase. Exam registrations will expire after one year from the date of purchase.
- Company must use sample spreadsheet for submitting candidates.
- Bulk discounts are based on quantity at the time of purchase not cumulatively over a period of time.
NOTE: If an exam candidate fails their CVHDP exam, there is a 4-month waiting period before they would be eligible to take it again.
