Ordering:

AHDI members must be logged in to receive member prices on products. Orders may be place online using the online store or by any of the following contact methods:

Payment Options:

Payments must be made in US dollars. Purchase Orders are accepted by fax or email only. AHDI accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to AHDI and include an order form.

Products:

Product descriptions are available online and in our product catalog. For additional assistance with a product and/or purchase, contact the AHDI.
eBooks:
You will receive an email with a link to download your eBooks. If for some reason you do not receive the email, please contact AHDI right away. The eBook download link will expire after 60 days of purchase.
Shipping:

All purchases of inventory items shipped to an address within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are based on the total purchase price of inventory items as outlined here. Non-inventory items amounts should not be included in total (i.e. online courses, eBooks, webinars).

• Order total: $100.01 to $150.00 – $16.00
• Order total: $150.01 to $200.00 – $19.00

Shipments outside of the United States. Delivery methods and pricing will be quoted by AHDI. If you are placing an order to be shipped internationally and check-out using one of the displayed shipping prices, AHDI will be contacting you to collect any additional fees before your order can be shipped.

Sales Tax:

AHDI is obligated to pay sales and use tax in California on purchases subject to sales tax per the California tax laws. California sales tax is included in the price of the product for any purchases within California.
Return Policy:

AHDI does not accept returned items due to overstock and gives no refunds. Defective materials will be replaced if returned to AHDI in good condition within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Prior authorization must be obtained by the AHDI Administrative Office before any merchandise can be returned. We provide comprehensive information about our products and also offer free consultations by email or phone prior to purchase.
