Directory of Credentialed Individuals
The AHDI Directory of Credentialed Individuals may be used to search for a person who currently holds an AHDI credential. The directory is a downloadable .PDF and is updated monthly. The directory includes first name, last name and credential type as follows:
- RHDS – Registered Healthcare Documentation Specialist
- CMT – Certified Medical Transcriptionist
- CHDS – Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist
- CHDP – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional
- CHDP-A – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional Auditor
- CHDP-S – Certified Healthcare Documentation Professional Scribe
- CVHDP – Certified Veterinary Healthcare Documentation Professional
Please note: There is not a directory for retired status credentials (RHDS-R, CMT-R, CHDS-R, or CHDP-R).
