The Event

AAMT presents the first ever Technology Vendor Showcase. Together with the Illinois Association for Medical Transcription (IAMT), the Missouri Association for Medical Transcription (MAMT), and the Business Issues Group, we will be providing a platform for emerging technology and educational advances in the healthcare industry. Whether you're a business owner, a practicing MT, a student, or a technology vendor, make room on your calendar now to be a part of this important event held at the Sheraton Westport in St. Louis, Missouri.

Registration

Registration onsite will be from 4:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2006, and at 7:00 a.m on Saturday, November 4. As always, pre-registration is recommended, follow the links below to do so now:

Board Meetings

There will be a two-day national Board of Directors Meeting held on Thursday November 2nd and Friday November 3rd, 2006. Gallery seating will be available for both days, providing you with the opportunity to view the proceedings and hear the framework for the direction of the Association.

Welcome Reception

The technology vendor showcase will kick-off with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 3rd, 2006. This will be an opportunity for attendees and exhibitors to network over hot hors d' oeuvres, cheese, vegetables and drinks.

Exhibit Hall

The exhibit hall will offer several vendors who promote quality patient documentation as well as host the welcome reception and will be available for one- to- one interaction with vendors.

Business and Education Tracks

We will offer a Business Issues Track with four select technology vendors demonstrating their products as well as a General Education Track with updates from the AAMT Board President and Executive Director, local physicians, and more to be added.
